Michael J Magnotta is the founder and President of Advanced Technology Group, Inc. (ATG), a premier provider of technology solutions for the Community Association Industry.  Founded in 1994, ATG flagship product is Complete Control for Communities, commonly referred to as “C3,” and is used to manage the operations of some of the largest and most successful community association management companies in the industry.  Mr. Magnotta has grown the company from a start-up operation to a company with significant clients across the country processing assessments in excess of $1.5 billion dollars per year.
 
Mr. Magnotta has been involved in the Community Association Institute since 1995 and has presented at a number of industry trade meetings.  He was elected as an inaugural member of the Community Association Institute (CAI) Business Partners Council (BPC) Management Representation Group (MRG) in 2004 and has served on the MRG for the last six years on a number of committees. He most recently was elected to the CAI Board of Trustees and is serving a two year term as an at-large member through December, 2010.
 
Prior to forming Advanced Technology Group, Mr. Magnotta ran a successful software and services consulting firm specializing in software development and implementation services for mid market firms.  As a Certified Public Accountant, he began his career at Price Waterhouse, where he worked as a consultant and manager in the Management Advisory Services Department working with clients including Fortune 50 manufacturers, large money center banks and a number of small to medium side clients in a range of industries.
