Advanced Technology Group (ATG) Opens Door to New Partner, Tracer Pro, and Enhances Client Solutions with SouthData and eUnify

Plymouth Meeting, PA - April 20, 2010 – Advanced Technology Group (ATG) is pleased to announce its enhanced data gathering and reporting efficiencies via its new partner, Tracer Pro and its latest integration efforts with existing partners, SouthData and eUnify.

“We are thrilled to launch our partnership with Tracer Pro and increase our solutions through our relationship with SouthData and eUnify,” said Mike Magnotta, Founder and CEO, ATG. “I believe our clients will quickly see how these latest improvements can help them operate their businesses more efficiently.”

ATG and Tracer Pro’s partnership will increase field work efficiencies for community managers who begin using the Tracer Pro Pak™. The hand-held device will enable ATG’s community management clients to:

  • Increase accuracy and enjoy more effective processes for work orders, architectural reviews and violation records
  • Decrease paper-based steps between the field and the office
  • Securely collect and manage information, including easily gathering data, such as photos
  • Integrate data with the specific community information already stored in ATG’s management product, Complete Control for Communities (C3).

To further increase efficiencies for clients, eUnify and ATG will offer clients mobile access to data. Specifically, clients have access to Mobile Web, which provides cross-platform homeowner access to portal information from mobile devices, such as Blackberry, iPhone and the new Google Android Platform. In addition, the Mobile eCommerce will provide the ability for homeowners to pay their assessments from their mobile device.

SouthData and ATG’s enhanced integration will allow community management clients to easily use the new SouthData FlexBill System™, including:

  • Securely uploading files and approving proofs
  • Tracking orders and reviewing order history
  • Utilizing the flexibility in payment options, including payment coupon books, monthly statements, quarterly statements and the new FlexBill e-statements.

“For over 15 years, we have consistently developed and improved our software to meet the needs of our community management clients,” noted Magnotta. “We will continue this tradition at an even greater level backed by robust resources that enable us to satisfy our client needs even better.”
